Our client, Mytilineos is a multinational Greek conglomerate with a market cap of over $1.5bn; it is one of the 20 largest companies in Greece. Its operations span Metallurgy, EPC, Electric Power and Gas Trading.

We have advised the group on how to use the UK as an intermediary holding jurisdiction, providing detailed tax advice on the UK’s double tax treaty network, the dividend exemption and interest deductibility rules.
